The calendar fleets

Five fleets come back to the sea, one at a time, year after year. Each one arrives with its own ships, its own money and its own boss.

Esquadra do Penacho

Fúria da Águia

Golden sails on the horizon: the Plume Squadron is back. They say its flagship, the Raptor, swoops on its prey like an eagle on a shoal. Whoever faces it earns quills — the flight feathers the squadron uses as money.

The fleet has three bosses, from smallest to largest: Escolta da Rapinante, Guarda da Rapinante, Capitânia Rapinante. The largest shows up at Cabo da Aurora, all the way at the end of the world. The fleet's ship, the Águia-real, gets cheaper with every day of event tasks completed.

Cortejo dos Afogados

Retorno Fantasma

On the dead tide, the wrecks of every age rise from the bottom. The Procession of the Drowned takes a coin from every ship it meets, and the Ship of the Return leads the procession through the cold water. Coins taken from the drowned buy what the living will not sell.

The fleet has three bosses, from smallest to largest: Arauto do Retorno, Sineiro do Retorno, Nau do Retorno. The largest shows up at Cabo da Aurora, all the way at the end of the world. The fleet's ship, the Agouro, gets cheaper with every day of event tasks completed.

Ninhada da Serpe

Sangue do Dragão

The hot springs of the south have woken the Wyvern Brood. Where wyvern blood touches the sea, the water boils and sparks rise that never go out. Armorers pay well for them: sparks forge what common fire cannot.

The fleet has three bosses, from smallest to largest: Serpe jovem, Serpe adulta, Serpe anciã. The largest shows up at Cabo da Aurora, all the way at the end of the world. The fleet's ship, the Serpe, gets cheaper with every day of event tasks completed.

Caçadores da Lua Rubra

Lua de Sangue

Every so often the moon rises red, and with it the Hunters of the Red Moon leave their coves. On those nights the shells give blood-coloured pearls, and the Galleon of the Dead Moon prowls the lagoons after whoever carries them.

The fleet has three bosses, from smallest to largest: Pinaça da Lua Morta, Corveta da Lua Morta, Galeão da Lua Morta. The largest shows up at Cabo da Aurora, all the way at the end of the world. The fleet's ship, the Carmim, only changes hands at the Moon Auction.

Frota da Juba

Garras de Leão

Lions painted on the sails and bronze fangs on the bow: the Mane Fleet has come to collect tribute from every harbor. The captains who face it keep the fangs torn from its ships, and the fleet's armorer pays for them in iron and bronze.

The fleet has three bosses, from smallest to largest: Batedora da Juba, Galé do Tributo, Capitânia Juba-de-Ouro. The largest shows up at Cabo da Aurora, all the way at the end of the world. The fleet's ship, the Leoa, gets cheaper with every day of event tasks completed.
